“OFFICIAL RULES for the “Anyone with a Cool VIBin’ Drink Contest”
Do you need money for the Holidays? Create a drink using VIB along with your favorite liquor or spirits and become a winner! Get CREATIVE!

3rd place $200
All winners will be featured on our website www.drinkvib.com/dfw. The winners will be announced Sunday, December 13th, location TBD. To Enter go to www.drinkvib/dfw to enter your recipe. Next, send your friends and bar patrons to our site to vote for your recipe. Voters can vote one time per day. Each participating bar will receive 1 free case of VIB!
Also, the BAR that sells the most VIB during the contest ending December 13th will be awarded $500 in VIB product. (Sales based on the amount purchased through VIB.)
Rules and Regulations:
1. Participants must be U.S Residents who are at least 21 years of age. You do not have to be a bartender to enter. All VIB drinkers are eligible.
2. Employees and their families of VIB Holdings LLC are not eligible to participate.
3. All entries must be entered on our website at www.drinkvib.com/dfw to qualify. Rankings will be based on the number of votes the contestant receives on the site. Individuals can vote one time each day for the length of the contests. A minimum of 100 votes is required to be eligible for first place.
4. Contestants can only submit one entry per person. Upon submission, all entries become the property of the sponsor.
5. By entering the contest, each entrant and/or winner acknowledges that the Sponsor, VIB, and their affiliates have the right to use each entrant’s name, signature, likeness and statements in any advertising and/or promotional activities relating to the stated contest without compensation or obligation to the entrant.
6. All winners will be required to sign an affidavit or eligibility/publicity release and indemnification relating to the entrant’s participating in the contest and the prize, and any other documents relating to the contest, the entrant’s submission or the prize is deemed necessary (together; the “Documents”) by completed Documents within the (10) days of their having been sent by the Sponsor or VIB.
7. VIB will award the prizes as stated on the Contest’s website. Taxes, if any, on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The winner acknowledges that VIB retains the rights to publish the winning recipe on the website and other publications. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The top 3 winners will be notified via email or phone if they are a winning bartender. The winning Bar for most sales will be notified via business phone and awarded their prize the following week.
8. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
